The Opportunity :
As our foundational Social Media & Brand Manager, you will be the chief storyteller and the public voice of HSNFT. You will be responsible for translating our life-saving, on-ground work into a powerful and engaging digital narrative that inspires followers, attracts partners, and builds a national brand.
This is a unique opportunity for a creative and strategic individual to build a brand from the ground up, shaping the public identity of an organization that is at the forefront of healthcare innovation in India.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content and social media strategy across all platforms.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all HSNFT social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- Create compelling, high-quality content (written posts, simple graphics, short videos, and impact stories) that communicates our mission and results.
- Act as the brand guardian, ensuring all external communications are consistent with HSNFT's professional tone.
- Grow our online community by increasing follower count and engagement rates.
- Monitor social media analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports on what's working and what's not.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships & Communications Lead to create materials for donors, partners, and award applications.

Must-Have Qualifications :
Educational Background : Master’s degree (Communications, Marketing, MBA, or Journalism preferred) with extensive experience.Professional Experience : 3-5+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand communications. Experience in the non-profit, social impact, or healthcare sector is a significant advantage.Key Skills & Attributes :
Hard Skills : Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills are non-negotiable. Proven ability to manage professional social media accounts. Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva) and social media analytics. Basic understanding of SEO principles.Soft Skills : A creative and strategic thinker. An exceptional storyteller who can translate complex work into simple, powerful narratives. High attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
