What you'll do :

As a consultant in Implementation Team at SAP Concur, you will be the main point of contact for our customers to manage our implementation projects for our Travel & Expense product.

Manage end to end implementation by acting in the roles of Project Manager and Functional Consultant. Activities include but are not limited to : leading design, understanding and analyzing client requirements, providing guidance on best practices, designing third-party integrations, training clients and preparing for deployment of services - all within defined time frame of completion.
Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Successfully manage multiple / simultaneous projects by continually motivating clients, ensuring project timelines are met, and client / partner issues are addressed while adhering to Concur's SOPs.
Work with the customers on integrations aspects to achieve a robust & reliable end to end solution
Actively manage expectations, scope & stakeholders to avoid delivery escalations
Effectively communicate and work with internal and client teams

What you bring :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and virtual presentation skills with a strong ability to build rapport with clients

5-10 years of consulting experience

Experience working directly with customers to resolve implementation issues

Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain an effective follow up system to ensure timely and accurate implementation

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

Project Management experience

Consulting experience in enterprise systems

Technical design and configuration expertise to complete realization and deployment of product in line with the business process

Good problem solving and issue articulation skills
