Manager - Interior Design
1. Project & Execution
- End-to-End Project Ownership : Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned projects, ensuring the timely execution of all interior design phases from ideation to handover.
- Budget and Timeline Control : Coordinate the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), assist in value engineering, and monitor project timelines / budgets, reporting any deviations.
- Construction Coordination : Conduct site visits, respond to RFIs, and ensure on-site execution perfectly aligns with approved design plans and documentation.
1. Design Strategy & Concept Development
User-Centric Design : Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and CRM teams to translate end-user requirements and market trends into practical and aesthetic design concepts.Quality Assurance : Help benchmark interior designs against international standards to ensure the projects meet or exceed global quality benchmarks.Feasibility Assessment : Evaluate the practicality and feasibility of proposed design ideas, materials, and finishes against budget constraints.1. Stakeholder & Team Management
Cross-Functional Integration : Facilitate effective collaboration with all internal stakeholders (Architects, Engineers, Finance, Project Execution) to ensure seamless integration of interior elements.Consultant Management : Support the selection, contract management, technical checks, and timely payment processing for external consultants.Team Support : Assist the HOD in managing the ID team, including hiring, setting expectations, monitoring schedules, and conducting performance reviews.
