Position Summary :
KREEVA is expanding its sales team for luxury real estate and is inviting experienced professionals to be part of our growth journey. We are looking for passionate, driven, and result-oriented individuals who have prior experience in premium or luxury real estate sales. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end sales cycles, client relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with KREEVA’s brand of redefining high-end living.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing and referrals.
Conduct site visits and provide detailed project presentations to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales closures and referrals.
Manage the end-to-end sales process — from lead nurturing, negotiation, and documentation to final closure.
Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable property options.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Maintain regular follow-ups and provide timely feedback on leads and campaign performance.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
Represent KREEVA at exhibitions, events, and property fairs to enhance brand presence.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts for senior management.
Build and maintain relationships with HNI (High Net-worth Individual) clients, investors.
Required Skills & Competencies :
Proven track record of success in luxury or premium real estate sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation and client-handling abilities.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and performance-driven mindset.
Ability to manage multiple clients and maintain attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics in NCR
Eligibility & Experience :
Experience : 2 to 12 years in real estate sales (preferably in luxury / premium segment).
Qualification : Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Candidates from developers or luxury real estate consultancies will be preferred.
