Principal Accountabilities

Visit locations to meet the identified customers for appraisal of the loan proposal

Monitoring the activities of the Sales Officers at all locations and ensure regular flow of business

Motivating the sourcing agents at all locations regularly to ensure steady flow of business from major sourcing channels

Planning marketing activities of the locations with a monthly calendar and monitoring the same on a daily basis

Monitoring productivity of the Sales Officers and ensuring that all of them meet the productivity norms on monthly basis

Handling chronic / delinquent accounts and initiating appropriate action for settlement / closure of the loan

Required Candidates Details

Educational Qualification : Graduate

Experience : 6-10 yrs; 5 to 6 years of experience in LAP / Housing Finance Industry

Should be able handle sales and collections through the team.

Should identify locals references to source business and also facilitate collections
