hands-on Frontend Engineering Leader

who can

architect, mentor, and deliver

cutting-edge web applications using

React

and modern JavaScript frameworks.

Role :

Principal Engineer / Frontend Lead

Eligibility :

B.Tech candidates from product-based companies (Tier-1 colleges only)

Work Mode : 5 Days | Work From Office

⏳ Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days

What You’ll Bring : Expertise in

architecting & building complex, scalable front-end apps

Deep understanding of

React, Redux / Zustand / React Query

Strong command of

JavaScript (ES2015+), HTML, CSS, functional programming, and OOP

Experience with

TDD, Git, Webpack, and NodeJS

Proven ability to

mentor teams , conduct

code reviews , and ensure

best practices

Strong debugging, optimization & performance tuning capabilities

Keen eye for

design precision, accessibility, and UX excellence

Nice to Have : ✨ Experience with

React 18+, TypeScript, Tailwind, Mapbox, Lodash, Moment, and Turf

✨ Familiarity with

CI / CD pipelines

and deployments on

AWS / GCP / Azure

✨ Contributions to

open-source / npm projects

Qualification :

B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or a related field with 6+ years of front-end experience, including project leadership.
