KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement and optimize Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management workflows in alignment with business requirements.
• Configure and update Discovery schedules , monitor daily runs for errors, and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable CI identification and population.
• Enhance Discovery probes and patterns to support complex infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Continuously improve the ServiceNow platform through iterative enhancements, user feedback incorporation, and performance tuning.
• Customize form layouts , fields, and user interfaces to support data consistency and usability across modules.
• Tailor and extend CAB Workbench functionality to support automated workflows and board operations.
• Develop and maintain robust REST / SOAP API integrations with external systems.
• Manage Scheduled Jobs , Script Includes , Business Rules , and automation scripts for operational efficiency.
• Customize the Employee Center portal to improve branding, content delivery, and user engagement.
• Design and publish reports and dashboards to support performance tracking and operational transparency.
• Troubleshoot platform issues using advanced scripting skills and resolve defects promptly.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to analyze business needs and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
