We are seeking a skilled Middleware Developer (Lead) to oversee and guide our middleware development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the team in delivering high-quality, scalable middleware solutions that align with business requirements. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience :

• Proven experience as a Middleware Developer with leadership responsibilities.
• Expertise in IBM ODM (Operational Decision Manager) and Jules technologies.
• Strong knowledge of middleware architecture and development best practices.
• Experience working in the Airlines domain or with airline-related business processes is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
