About the Role
We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with deep expertise in Recruiting Management (RCM) and Learning Management (LMS) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization of SuccessFactors solutions while partnering with HR and IT stakeholders to align technology with business strategy.
Responsibilities :
Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors RCM and Learning modules.
Design, build, and configure business processes within the system to meet client requirements.
Manage role-based permissions, data models, templates, and workflows.
Integrate RCM and Learning modules with other SAP and third-party systems (e.g., Onboarding, Employee Central, SSO, and analytics tools).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
Coordinate with SAP Support and internal IT teams to resolve incidents and implement patches.
Work closely with HR, L&D, and Talent Acquisition teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and provide recommendations for process improvement.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data protection standards.
Prepare system documentation, user manuals, and configuration guides.
Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer to HR users and administrators.
Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and innovations.
Requirements :
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Learning (LMS) modules.
Proven record of at least two full-cycle implementations in both RCM and Learning modules.
Solid understanding of Recruiting Marketing (RMK) and integration with RCM (advantageous).
Proficiency in Provisioning, XML templates, and data models.
Experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI and API-based integrations.
Familiarity with Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, and SAP Analytics Cloud preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Collaborative mindset and experience working in cross-functional global teams.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
SAP Certified in SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Learning Management modules.
Certification in other SAP SF modules (Employee Central, Onboarding, PMGM) is a plus.
