Job Description : Growth Associate

Work Focus Location : Bangalore East / Sarjapura, Bengaluru (Our awesome, vibe-filled HQ is in Marathahalli)

As a Growth Associate at Proppy, you won't just be closing property deals like a pro; you'll be the face of a revolution. You'll use cutting-edge AI tools to empower clients, crush your targets, and be directly rewarded for the value you create. This isn't a job; it's a launchpad for your career in Real estate sales.

  • Create Epic Experiences : Host immersive property tours that feel more like a curated VIP experience than a sales call.
  • Build, Not Just Manage : relationships. You're not just a salesperson; you're a customer's guide through one of their biggest life decisions.
  • Collaborate to Dominate : Work with our tech and product teams to feed us back insights and directly shape the future of our platform.

  • Qualifications :

  • 1-3 years of experience. We value potential, passion, and coachability over a long resume.
  • A bachelor's degree is great, but a phenomenal attitude is mandatory.
  • Own your own transport (bike / car) to navigate the city like a pro.
  • Own laptop and mobile phone
  • Familiarity with the East Bengaluru real estate scene is a huge plus, but we'll teach you everything we know.
  • The Deal :

  • Base Salary : ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month. Negotiable
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE) : ₹4,00,000 - ₹8,00,000+ per year (with our uncapped commission structure)
