Role Description

This is an on-site, part-time role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the home-buying journey. Your day-to-day tasks will include addressing client inquiries, conducting site visits, gathering customer feedback, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience. You will also work closely with other teams to deliver customized solutions that align with the clients' needs and preferences.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage client relationships, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Basic understanding of real estate processes or the ability to learn quickly
  • Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
  • Basic business acumen and negotiation skills are an advantage
  • A proactive, positive approach with a strong focus on teamwork
  • Familiarity with the Greater Hyderabad Area’s real estate market is preferred
