relief, and enhanced walking experience. Our retail presence is growing across leading
modern trade stores, and we are looking for enthusiastic Sales Promoters to represent the
brand inside partner stores.
Role Overview
The Sales Promoter will be stationed at Frido’s designated section inside Reliance
Stores or other partner outlets. The primary responsibility is to drive sales by engaging
customers, explaining product benefits, ensuring correct display, and maintaining strong
relationships with in-store staff.
Key Responsibilities
1. In-Store Sales & Customer Engagement
- Actively approach customers visiting the store and introduce them to Frido
products.
Demonstrate product features, comfort benefits, technology, and usage.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the company.2. Product Presentation & Merchandising
Ensure Frido’s section is neat, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.Replenish stock on shelves and ensure correct product tagging.Arrange displays as per brand guidelines and planograms.Coordinate with store staff for space management and visibility.3. Store Operations & Coordination
Maintain healthy relationships with store managers, supervisors, and billing teams.Track inventory, report stock shortages, and request replenishment.Assist with product placement, sampling, and promotional activities.Ensure all promotional materials (posters, danglers, standees) are properly placed.4. Reporting & Tracking
Maintain daily sales reports and share them with the Frido team.Track footfall, conversions, and customer feedback.Communicate on-ground insights related to customer preferences, competition, orstore issues.
5. Brand Representation
Represent Frido professionally and deliver an excellent customer experience.Explain brand story, product uniqueness, and comfort technology confidently.Act as the primary point of contact for Frido at the store.Skills & Qualifications Required
0–3 years of experience as a Sales Promoter / Brand Promoter / Product Advisorin LFR stores.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to engage customers proactively.Basic understanding of in-store sales processes.
