Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and highly organized Social Media & Content Creator to join our team in Bandra West, Mumbai. This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone passionate about social media trends and skilled in creating engaging digital content. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can manage various social media activities, from content creation to scheduling and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation :

◦ Develop and execute creative concepts for Instagram grids, carousels, Reels, and Stories.

◦ Create compelling visual content (graphics, photos, videos) and engaging written copy for all social media channels.

◦ Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to inform content strategy.

◦ Maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting.

Social Media Management :

◦ Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms.

◦ Monitor social media channels and engage with the community.

On-site Support :

◦ Accompany the team for on-location shoots within Mumbai.◦ Assist with shoot setup, including handling equipment such as tripods, cameras and microphones.

Organization & Administration :

◦ Efficiently manage and organize all media files and assets.

◦ Assist in creating presentations and pitch decks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience : 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management and content

creation.

Technical Skills :

◦ Proficient in graphic design and video editing apps like Canva, Mojo, Splice, or similar tools.

◦ Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram

◦ Photoshop, Procreate, and / or Figma skills are a definite plus.

Personal Attributes :

◦ Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

◦ Self-motivated and a diligent "completer-finisher" personality type.

◦ Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Education : Bachelor's degree is required.
