Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Operations, based in Thiruvottriyur. The Executive Operations will oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensure process efficiency, and contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, monitoring and managing operations, and ensuring alignment with client and organizational objectives. The role demands effective communication, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively to meet targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations and Operations Management skills, with experience in coordinating and overseeing workflows
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate operations and develop effective solutions
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to work effectively within teams and interact with stakeholders at various levels
• Ability to adapt to dynamic business environments and work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with logistics or supply chain industry practices would be an advantage
