Role & responsibilities

  • Candidate need to have experience in RPO Hiring.
  • Must have experience in handing a team of 5-6 IT Recruiters.
  • Monitoring and tracking team day to day performance
  • Coaching and training new & existing Manpower.
  • Motivating the Recruiters in getting the work done in a short time span.
  • Meeting the SLAs and the expected quality and quantity within the minimum TAT as per company parity
  • Must have good knowledge of IT Skills
  • S / he will handle complete recruitment cycle
  • Should have fair knowledge in Job portals and Social networking recruitment
  • Candidate must have ability to handle pressure and work as per the given target.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Total experience is required in Perm hiring or RPO hiring : 6 years.
  • RPO experience : 1.5 years.
  • Team handling experience : 1-2 years
