Department : Accra BMMC

Location : Accra, Ghana

Job Summary

We are seeking a CRM Manager to implement and manage the local CRM system, ensuring accurate PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) data collection and compliance. This role is also positioned as a talent pipeline for future business and sales leadership roles, making it ideal for young, high-potential professionals looking to grow in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain CRM systems for Accra BMMC, ensuring stability and efficiency.
  • Validate and analyze PSI data to support management decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company data governance policies, improving quality and security.
  • Train staff on CRM usage and best practices, promoting adoption across the business.
  • Support reporting and analytics to enhance operational visibility and performance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years' experience in marketing or sales; background in the ceramics / tiles industry is an advantage.
  • IT literacy with strong Excel / data processing skills; CRM system knowledge preferred.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • Quick learner with high resilience and stress tolerance.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Sales potential and career ambition will be key selection factors.
