🚀 What You’ll Do

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process and own the entire hiring pipeline.

Build and execute smart, scalable bulk hiring strategies for non-tech roles.

Craft engaging job descriptions that attract top talent.

Source candidates through creative channels — social media, job portals, college drives, and more.

Conduct interviews using structured and innovative assessment methods.

Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure smooth onboarding and strong talent alignment.

Track and report recruitment metrics, bringing data-driven insights to every hiring decision.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in bulk / non-technical hiring.

Strong understanding of recruitment strategy, sourcing, and evaluation.

Skilled in multiple interview formats (structured, competency-based, etc.).

Familiarity with ATS, HRMS, HRIS, and candidate management tools.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

A proactive recruiter who loves challenges and thrives under deadlines.
