Job Overview

We’re looking for ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Executives who have either industry experience or are skilled in sales.

Your role will be to drive client acquisition, close deals, and contribute to our revenue growth.

We offer a 15-day paid training program, where you’ll learn everything about our services and sales process. To complete the training successfully, you must close at least the assigned number of deals within this period.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage leads through calls, social media, and networking.

Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate Social Cults services.

Present sales pitches and proposals to potential clients confidently.

Handle client queries and follow up to ensure closure.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Maintain records of interactions, leads, and conversions in the CRM.

Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams for client onboarding.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in Digital Marketing, IT, or Advertising).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Confident, proactive, and goal-driven personality.

Ability to learn quickly and work independently.

Training Program Details

Duration : 15 Days (Paid)

Purpose : To train you in Social Cults’ services, client handling, and sales process.

Completion Criteria : Must close the assigned number of deals within the training period to qualify for full-time employment.
