Hiring Alert : Data Engineers – BFSI Domain

Location : Pune (Onsite), 5+ years exp required.

Shift : 4 : 00 PM – 1 : 00 AM IST.

Interview : (Face-to-Face).

⏳ Notice Period : Immediate to Currently Serving

Gap Criteria : Max 3 Months.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Pull and centralize data from multiple sources.
  • Structure datasets and develop metrics.
  • Automate manual processes using scripts.
  • Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across teams to meet data requirements.

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ Years of Data Engineering Experience.
  • Expert in SQL, Python, Power BI.
  • Strong in Data Modeling & Warehousing.
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with data governance & security.
  • Self-starter with adaptability and analytical mindset.

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience with Incorta, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka.
  • Exposure to Azure Databricks, Cosmos DB.
  • Certifications like Azure Data Engineer Associate.
  • Financial industry experience preferred.
  • Hands-on with backup platforms (Cohesity, Dell Data Domain).
