Growth Marketing Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Growth Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will own our growth funnel – from App Store Optimization to paid campaigns and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) – titles, screenshots, reviews, keywords, and conversion tracking.
  • Plan and manage TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads campaigns focused on installs and retention.
  • Develop AI-powered content marketing and ad creatives for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Build marketing automation funnels for user onboarding, reactivation, and referral loops.
  • Optimize performance through continuous testing – creatives, CTAs, audiences, and placements.
  • Collaborate with the product and content teams to align campaigns with feature releases.
  • Set up dashboards to track CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, and organic growth metrics.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience scaling mobile apps (preferably consumer or content apps).
  • Strong grasp of ASO, paid social, and performance marketing.
  • Creative mindset with AI content tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Data-driven with a test-and-learn mentality.
  • Independent, fast-moving, and results-oriented.
