Job description
Perform order management activities for assigned regions utilizing relevant applications.
Ensure strict adherence to established procedures, policies, and systems.
Meet performance metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) consistently.
Achieve daily turnaround times for orders as per defined guidelines.
Adhere to all internal and external processes as defined by the organization.
Proactively identify and communicate issues that may impact business processes.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues promptly for quick resolution.
Answer questions about products or services, troubleshoot problems, and assist customers with technical support.
Other Requirements :
Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree in arts, Science, Commerce, or Business Administration.
0-1 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Skill in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
Strong digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Strong Communication with ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally.
Ability to handle multi-tasking.
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work night shifts as required.
