Job description
  • Perform order management activities for assigned regions utilizing relevant applications.
  • Ensure strict adherence to established procedures, policies, and systems.
  • Meet performance metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) consistently.
  • Achieve daily turnaround times for orders as per defined guidelines.
  • Adhere to all internal and external processes as defined by the organization.
  • Proactively identify and communicate issues that may impact business processes.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues promptly for quick resolution.
  • Answer questions about products or services, troubleshoot problems, and assist customers with technical support.
  • Other Requirements :

    • Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree in arts, Science, Commerce, or Business Administration.
    • 0-1 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
    • Skill in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
    • Strong digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Strong Communication with ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally.
    • Ability to handle multi-tasking.
    • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexibility to work night shifts as required.
