Job Title : Data Analyst Lead

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and Mentor :

Supervise, coach, and develop a team of data analysts to ensure high-quality output and career growth.

Data Strategy & Execution :

Drive data initiatives that support business objectives by identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities through advanced analytics.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.

Reporting & Visualization :

Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and regular reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Data Quality & Governance :

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems. Define and enforce data governance best practices.

Project Management :

Prioritize, plan, and oversee the delivery of data projects in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced Analytics :

Apply statistical methods, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques to solve complex business problems.

Tooling & Automation :

Drive automation of recurring data processes and reporting to improve efficiency.

Key Skills & Requirements :

Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and SQL

Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar

Ability to translate raw data into clear insights and actionable recommendations

Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills

Prior experience in operations or business analysis is a plus
