Key Responsibilities :
Technical Support :
Provide support for software applications, including troubleshooting and resolving application and core technical issues including application infrastructure.
Incident Management :
Manage and document all support requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication with users.
Change Management :
Running CAB for the Technology function, review and deploy changes.
System Monitoring :
Monitor application performance including databases, identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact users.
Upgrades and Patches :
Assist in the planning and implementation of software upgrades, patches, and fixes.
Continuous Improvement :
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance application support.
Application Testing : Knowledge of Testing and preparation of test cases.
System Audits : Handle system audits. Work closely with Internal + Statutory auditors, share evidences, Filling Gaps / VAPT of applications
Disaster recovery testing :
Co-ordinate and conduct the Planned DR activity as per the company policy and prepare DR report
VAPT closure :
Ensuring all the VAPT observations are closed in timely basis for all the vendor based and internal applications.
Documentation :
Create and maintain detailed documentation / SOPs, including support guides, FAQs, and technical notes.
Collaboration :
Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams including vendors to ensure seamless application performance and integration.
User Training :
Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using the applications.
Qualifications : Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with 8+ yrs of relevant experience.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management.
Familiarity with application monitoring tools and techniques e.g. JIRA etc..
Experience with troubleshooting software applications and managing support requests.
Should have good exposure to Java / SQL / Server Setup
Manage Software Configuration and API management at scale.
Proficiency in AWS cloud management and trouble shooting
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in Financial Wealth / Asset management Domain.
Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies including AWS cloud.
Sound Functional Knowledge on Wealth Spectrum / MFUND (PMS / AIF) applications will be an advantage
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus.
