Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic Sales Development Executives to join our rapidly growing MedEd division. This hybrid role combines field sales and inside sales to drive adoption of our comprehensive medical education programs among MBBS students across India.
Reporting to : Regional Manager
Team Size : Part of 12-member field sales team
Territory : Northeast ,Rajasthan , Haryana , Bihar / Jharkhand
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and engage MBBS students across medical colleges and universities
- Conduct field visits to medical colleges, libraries, and student communities
- Execute calling campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Maintain and update prospect database in CRM system
Sales Activities
Present PhysicsWallah's MedEd course offerings to prospective studentsDemonstrate platform features, course content, and learning methodologiesHandle course enrollments ranging from 5,000 to 30,000Achieve individual annual revenue target of 2 CroreRelationship Building
Build strong relationships with medical students, college administrators, and student organizationsParticipate in medical college events, seminars, and career fairsProvide ongoing support and guidance to enrolled studentsProcess & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRMProvide regular reports on pipeline, conversions, and market feedbackCollaborate with marketing team on lead nurturing campaignsFollow established sales processes and methodologiesRequired Qualifications
Experience & Background
Experience : Fresher to 1 year in sales (medical / education sector preferred)Education : Graduate degree (any stream)Open to candidates with transferable sales skills from other industriesTechnical Skills
CRM Proficiency : Experience with CRM systems and sales processesBasic computer skills and familiarity with digital platformsUnderstanding of online education delivery models (preferred)Core Competencies
