Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Planning : Developing and implementing financial strategies, long-term financial plans, and policies to align with the company's overall goals.
• Budgeting and Forecasting : Overseeing the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, including tracking budget and accounting information like billing and collections.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis : Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and using data analysis to advise on profitability and financial performance.
• Compliance and Risk Management : Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards (like IFRS), and tax laws. Ensure GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory corporate compliances.
• Accounting : Manage and supervise accounting departments, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping
• Cash Flow Management : Monitoring and maintaining sufficient cash balances and optimizing cash flow.
• Costing & Inventory Management Oversee product costing, BOM costing, overhead absorption, and variance analysis, Oversee product costing, BOM costing, overhead absorption, and variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate valuation of RM, WIP, and FG inventory;
