You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and animating engaging visuals that bring ideas to life across digital, social media, and video platforms. This role requires a strong sense of design, storytelling, and technical expertise in motion graphics and animation.Key Responsibilities : Conceptualize and create motion graphics, animations, and video content for campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations.Collaborate with creative, copy, and marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful designs.Edit and enhance video footage with motion graphics, text, transitions, and effects.Develop visual styles and design language aligned with the brand’s identity.Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in motion graphics and animation.Ensure all deliverables are of high quality, optimized, and delivered on time.Requirements : Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field.4-7 years proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, Animator, or in a similar role.Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (knowledge of Cinema 4D / Blender is a plus).Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Strong eye for detail, design aesthetics, and storytelling.Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Note : The responsibilities are not restricted to the above defined KRA.The above KRA can be changed subject to change in role, responsibilities or due to change in work profile.The KRA defined above can be revised based on individual's performance and capabilities.Magnon Group is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all sections of society and does not discriminate on grounds of race, color, gender, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, citizenship, disability, or any other basis as protected by applicable law.
