MTX Group Inc. (MTX) is currently hiring for the position of Specialist People Office - Talent Management . We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Specialist in our Talent Management team to drive end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to separation. This role involves implementing HR programs, managing compliance, and enhancing employee experience through strategic talent and performance initiatives.

Responsibilities :
- Managing the Onboarding, Operations, Separation, and the entire employee lifecycle
- Creating policies and handbooks that detail the company's operations
- Conduct or acquire background checks and employment eligibility verifications
- Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters
- Participate in developing organizational policies, processes, guidelines, and procedures
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees
- Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Assist with budget monitoring and payroll
- Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
- Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends, compliances, and best practices
