Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Mumbai for a Jewelry Designer & Merchandiser. The role involves creating innovative jewelry designs, preparing sketches, and utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software to develop intricate designs. Responsibilities include collaborating with the production team to ensure feasibility, conceptualizing fashion jewelry and product designs, and staying up to date with current trends in the jewelry and fashion industry. Additionally, the candidate will support the merchandising process by managing the design collection and ensuring alignment with market demands.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Jewelry Design, including conceptualizing and designing unique pieces
• Proficiency in Drawing and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
• Strong background in Fashion Jewelry and Product Design
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt designs to meet demand
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with production and merchandising teams
• Bachelor's degree or formal certification in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role within the jewelry industry is an advantage
