About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Physics Teacher to join our team at AeroBAY. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in teaching the IB Curriculum for Grades 8–10 and a strong interest in integrating STEAM-based learning into classroom teaching. The teacher will also play a key role in delivering and embedding the AeroBAY STEAM Programme, ensuring students gain both academic excellence and practical exposure to science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach IB Physics curriculum to students of Grades 8, 9, and 10.
• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that integrate AeroBAY STEAM Programme modules.
• Foster inquiry-based and experiential learning aligned with IB pedagogy.
• Create an interactive and supportive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and curiosity.
• Assess and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary projects and hands-on learning experiences.
• Provide regular feedback to students and parents on academic performance and development.
• Stay updated with current educational methodologies, IB standards, and STEAM best practices.
• Participate in school events, workshops, and teacher training programs.
