Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Zambian Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, preferably in Electrical contracting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling project costs, preparing and analyzing tender documents, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and manage tender documents, including bills of quantities and schedules of rates.
• Conduct cost analysis and provide cost advice to project teams.
• Manage project costs, track expenses, and identify areas for cost savings.
• Review and negotiate contracts, variations, and claims.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.
