• 8 + years of proven BA experience with strong skills in requirement gathering, functional specification documentation, testing, business communication and stakeholder management
• Solid hands on experience with Salesforce implementation, Salesforce objects and tables, Client Hierarchy in Salesforce.
• Good to have prior experience on Master Data Management solution implementation as business analyst.
• Define and document business processes for data ingestion, transformation, and reporting.
• Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and User Stories
• Prior background of working on Data warehousing / Data Engineering projects having played business analyst role
