Job Title : Senior Designer

Job Summary :

The Senior Designer is a key member of the YDS team, responsible for creating and delivering exceptional design solutions for bathroom, kitchen, and home decor renovation projects. This role requires strong design skills, excellent client communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Senior Designer will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop innovative design concepts, and produce detailed 2D and 3D layouts.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Management :

• Conduct initial client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, budget, and project scope.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the design and project phases.
• Present design concepts, material selections, and project proposals to clients.
• Address client questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage client expectations effectively and proactively communicate project updates.
