Job Description
The Manager, Supplier Performance, Sourcing & Quality Assurance will ensure Infinity Global's suppliers meet the company's standards for quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.
This hands-on role covers supplier assessment, development, sourcing, and quality assurance. It involves close collaboration with internal teams and international suppliers to drive continuous improvement.
This role offers strong potential to grow and expand a team as the business evolves, and the right talent proves capable.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years' experience in sourcing, supplier management, and project management
- Some background in factory audits, cost analysis, and quality control.
- Skilled in data analysis, supplier KPIs,
- Knowledge with FSC, ISO 9001, ISO14001, SA8000, EcoVadis preferred.
- Fluent English in both written and verbal, and additional language is an advantage
Job Responsibilities
Supplier Assessment
Conduct supplier visits and audits to evaluate capability, capacity, and quality systems.Assess supplier potential and readiness for new projects.Prepare reports and improvement plans where needed.Supplier Relationship & Performance
Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships.Manage supplier KPIs on quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.Oversee production follow-up, ensuring on-time and compliant deliveries.Lead root cause and corrective action reviews for any quality issues.Supplier Development & Sourcing
Lead sourcing and RFQ activities, including cost benchmarking and supplier selection.Manage sample development and readiness for production launch.Identify and develop new suppliers to support business growth.Quality Assurance
Oversee supplier QA systems and ensure alignment with company standards.Hands on quality control, and preform inspection regular basisTraining & Travel
Regular travel to supplier sites across Europe. Occasional travel to AsiaSkills Required
