Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in relationship management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Any graduate degree from a recognized university
