Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide product and service information to clients and guide them in selecting the right solutions for their needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, ideally in a consulting or business services environment.
