• Proposal Development : Create compelling and tailored proposals that address customer needs and showcase the value of our ERP services.
• Sales Execution : Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
• Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the technical and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer success.
• Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new developments in ERP solutions to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the IT or ERP services sector will be good to have.
