Key Responsibilities :
Execute technology delivery strategy for business systems, platforms and processes for a particular Business domain / FunctionHas end-to-end accountability for technology product delivery across business areas. Partners with business product owner to set technology roadmap, with a vision ensuring that technology products generate business value for the defined customerPartner with Business Product Directors for demand analysis solution proposal / evaluation and funding estimates for operations / projectsPartner with business partners to ensure Technology Service / Solutions Delivery teams deliver products according to strategy with reuse across other areasEnsure services solutions platforms products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impactRun efficient DevOps for platforms, products, or systems ensuring availability and optimal performance for responsible function / service areaEstablish governance structure for projects, operations, etc. with right stakeholder representation, including : underpinning IT services in the delivery & support of the IT application and adherence to Security, Compliance policies & proceduresTrack, report and deliver against agreed success factors and measurements for various stakeholders for function / service areas whilst ensuring overall user experience is taken into account when designing deploying new solutions~ services and steady state operationsContribute to transformation initiatives using the latest technology stack and follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency and effectiveness.Manage application lifecycle management, application data consistency, portfolio optimization and continual improvementsExecute problem management and drive identification of root causes as well as sufficient prevention of recurrencesEssential Requirements :
University Degree and / or relevant experience and professional qualificationsGood understanding and track record delivering technology products (e.g. working in Clinical Data Management Systems – preferably Oracle LSH)Working experience & knowledge of Clinical business process (including GxP) within Pharma industryIT Technical Strategy and Planning, Emerging Technology Monitoring, Vendor Management, good understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologiesOwn end-to-end delivery of Clinical Data Management (CDM) solutions across domains including Data Management, Integration, Engineering; ensure alignment with regulatory and enterprise standards.Lead project ideation, charter creation, planning, and execution for CDM functional initiatives.Working experience on Oracle LSH, along with deep expertise on PLSQL.Hands-on experience with :Oracle / SQL Server, ETL tools
Reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)R / Python for Data Transformations, Analysis and AutomationWorking experience & knowledge of Clinical Data Management business process areasIntegration with various Clinical systems in EDC, CTMS, CDMS, SCE domain, and solutions that support Clinical Data Operations within Global Clinical OperationsExperience in adoption and development of Agile methodologiesDrive / Contribute on digital transformation efforts, especially cloud migration and SaaS integration strategies.Application Support & OperationsOversee application support, incident management, and operational excellence for Clinical Data Management systems.
Adhere & Enhance governance and DevOps practices to ensure system reliability and performance.Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance of Clinical Data Management portfolio applications.Proven ability to work in a cross-functional team within a matrix environment building relationships, and driving engagementPrevious experience and strong mindset in continuous improvement and change management.
