The role holder is responsible for leading recruitment for leadership roles globally and supporting the Group HR Director in the implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures for recruitment for the Group.

- Supervises, develops, and provides guidance to the recruitment team centrally and locally
Functional
Lead the hiring process for senior leadership positions, ensuring high-quality talent acquisitionManages the job advertisements on relevant portalsConducts screening & initial interactions with prospective candidates, and refers for subsequent interviewsFollows up with the HRBPs & Hiring Managers on key open positions & track them to closure.Conduct thorough market research and mapping to identify potential candidates for key positions across various sectors & locations.Utilize proactive sourcing techniques, including but not limited to headhunting, to identify and engage top talent.Conduct offers negotiations, reference checks & ensures Offer roll outs for shortlisted candidatesCreate and maintain global talent acquisition reports, analyzing hiring trends, and providing insights for strategic decision-making.Collaborate with the technical team to manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & Career Portal, ensuring smooth operations and optimal use of the system by Country HRsMaintain & present recruitment trackers to the Group HR Director & the management weekly / as and when required.Provide guidance and support to regional recruitment teams to ensure consistency in processes and alignment with organizational goals.Engaging and onboarding new recruitment consultants, ensuring they are well-integrated into the team and aligned with the Group's recruitment strategies.Interaction
Manage external recruitment vendors, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and maintain productive relationships.Ensure timely processing of vendor payouts and handle any queries related to vendor payments to maintain smooth vendor relations.Works closely with the Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) in the respective geographies to understand their recruitment needs & hiring complexities, forecast future hiring needs, and create recruitment strategiesSupport HRBPs in sourcing of profiles as and when requiredMaintain networks and relationships with internal and external partners at the working level to keep abreast of the current industry climate and macroeconomic trends.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
Masters or Equivalent in Human Resource ManagementExperience
15 plus years of Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on senior leadership roles.Strong ability to headhunt, conduct market mapping, convert prospective candidates and utilize data-driven insights to come up with recruitment strategies.Experience in the Education IndustryExperience in ATS management and collaboration with tech teams to ensure system enhancement & efficiency.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced and diverse environmentExcellent communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills.Experience in on-boarding and vendor management, with attention to ensuring timely actions and payments.Working Moda : Work from Office. Only 2nd Saturday is off rest Saturdays are working
