Specifically, the Trainee- System Admin will :

• Monitoring of the customer’s Azure infrastructure.
• Monitoring and handling incidents and tickets (Break-fix, Request, Change Requests).
• Attending customer calls.
• Support the team in day-to-day operations.
• Should be comfortable working rotational shifts.
