Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers via phone, email, or live chat.

You will engage with clients on live troubleshooting sessions to identify and resolve product or system issues. Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Conducting preliminary assessments to identify product or system issues
  • Debugging and tracking issues until resolution by analyzing their impact on hardware, network, and storage resources
  • Supporting cloud solutions, app installations, release updates, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of software solutions

You will also work closely with different engineering departments to relay technical information to customers in simple language if needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to provide step-by-step technical assistance both verbally and in writing.

  • 3 years of DevOps support experience, preferably in shell scripting
  • 1 year of experience in testing and maintaining software products
  • 1 year of experience in cloud computing, Kubernetes, Docker, and YAML files
