Role and key responsibilities :
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Create and conceptualize reports based on data needs of assigned accounts
- Establish data archiving mechanism from various data sources like ACD feeds, WFM or Client tools.
- Coordinate reporting needs of assigned account with internal management.
- Create various daily performance report for the business.
- Create various weekly performance reports.
- Create various monthly performance reports
- Business level reports
Key skills and knowledge
Knowledge of MS OfficeProficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, and other MS Office componentsGraduation with 4 years of overall experience with 2 years of RTA and Queue Management experienceSound knowledge of Macro and excelStrong communicator and decision maker.Preparation of RCA, Proactive management, and data presentation.Analytical bent of mind.Educational qualification :
