Top 3 Skills : Embarcadero C++ Builder - 8 + years Microsoft SQL Server database design - 6+ Years Experience with Git source control Alternatives to the above if not available : 8 + Years Delphi / RAD Studio + independent experience with C++ 6+ Years Experience with database design using another major relational database engine (I'll work best with someone who wants consistency vs. someone who shrugs off small stuff) Ability to communicate in English with clarity and precision (Having to make sense of commit comments and release notes which don't effectively convey what happened is a big time sink) Prior experience with Crystal Reports or another reporting engine Experience with structured release management Experience with sprint-based work planning Experience with standard C++ Standard Library Experience with C++ template metaprogramming Experience with Azure Functions and / or Azure App Services Experience with structured HTML and styling via CSS Experience with NodeJS for local applications
