- Analyze network KPIs and drive continuous performance improvement.
- Knowledge of implementation of GPL, LMS and Load balancing in LTE
- Identify coverage gaps, interference issues, and capacity bottlenecks and propose optimization solutions.
- Collaborate with field and operations teams for performance audits and acceptance tests.
- Support parameter tuning and feature activation (MIMO, DSS, VoLTE / VoNR, etc.).
3. Solution Support
- Knowledge of RAN Product Portfolio for Nokia / Ericsson / Huawei / ZTE / Samsung
- Develop RAN capacity models, cost estimates, and network rollout timelines for bids and proposals.
- Support RFQ / RFP responses by providing network architecture, BoQ, and technical justifications.
- Assist in evaluating vendor proposals and new technology introductions.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Core, Transmission, and IP planning teams for end-to-end solution design.
- Coordinate with vendors and OEMs (e.g., Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, ZTE) for solution evaluation, trials, and roadmap discussions.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies for spectrum and site planning compliance.
Key Skills & Competencies :
- Strong knowledge of 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G RAN technologies , architecture, and features.
- Proficiency in RF planning and optimization tools (Atoll, Planet, MapInfo, QGIS, Google Earth etc.).
- Understanding of presales processes , bid management, and techno-commercial proposals.
- Good grasp of capacity planning , traffic forecasting , and cost modeling .
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Any programming language : Python, SQL, BI etc.
