Location : Bangalore

Experience : 7+ years

Work Schedule : 5 days a week

Work Mode : Work from Office (WFO)

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment for

Lagacy & emerging tech stacks ( web & Data)

Hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring process. Ie, Source, screen, validate and close candidates across major tech stacks

Stack holder management experience is a plus.

Experience in using / working on ATS tools.

Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver top talent.

Build and nurture strong candidate pipelines in the

data technology domain

Stay updated on market trends within the

data & analytics landscape

Experience in hiring both contract & full time ( executive hiring experience is nice to have )

Well versed in hiring talents through social media – linked in etc.

Candidates have to be self driven / work with very minimal hand holding.

Willing to work all 5 days from Office.( on Weekends when required )

Desired Skills & Experience :

6–9 years

of proven IT recruitment experience.

Strong understanding of

data technology landscape

(Data Engineering, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake,Python,Gen AI / ML).

Excellent communication

, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education :

B.Sc in Computer Science / B.Tech

(or equivalent).

Knowledge of the

data technology ecosystem

is a

must
