To lead and oversee all electrical works for the AI / Data Center project, ensuring the development of high-performance, resilient, and energy-efficient electrical infrastructure to support advanced computing environments. The Lead Electrical Engineer is responsible for the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of electrical systems in compliance with data center design standards, project specifications, and industry best practices. This role provides technical leadership and coordination across design, construction, and commissioning phases, ensuring seamless integration of electrical systems with mechanical and civil infrastructure critical to AI / Data Center operations.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead the planning, design review, and execution of electrical systems specific to data center infrastructure (e.g., medium- and low-voltage distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, and PDUs).

2. Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and architectural teams to ensure alignment of electrical works with data center layouts, equipment loads, and cooling system requirements.

3. Review electrical design drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure compliance with data center standards, reliability requirements, and local regulations.

4. Supervise and monitor electrical installation activities, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.

5. Implement robust QA / QC procedures to maintain high installation precision, reliability, and uptime suited to mission-critical environments.

6. Ensure electrical systems integrate seamlessly with underground utilities, cable trays, conduits, and site access for operations and maintenance.

7. Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, providing clear technical direction, oversight, and performance evaluations.

8. Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, proactively identifying and mitigating risks or delays

9. Support value engineering, energy efficiency, and sustainability initiatives in electrical system design and execution.
