As we continue our rapid expansion, we are looking for a qualified and experienced finance professional to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities :

Act as a strategic financial advisor to the leadership team, providing insights to drive key business decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.

Oversee financial operations, including cost accounting, accounts payable & receivable, general ledger management, financial reporting, auditing, and taxation.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard the company's financial health.

Support both internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely preparation of financial statements and compliance with audit requirements.

Analyze and review Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements, ensuring financial accuracy.

Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations while optimizing tax strategies.

Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to minimize financial risks.

Requirements :

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

8+ years of experience in a finance role, preferably in real estate, PropTech, or a high-growth startup.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and taxation.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across departments.

Proven ability to lead and mentor a finance team.
