What’s Lens Media & Why You Should Join Us Lens Media is a creative studio that creates high-impact animated videos for the world’s most exciting industries : AI, Crypto (Web3), SaaS, D2C, and Ed-tech.

Since our start in June 2023, we’ve had the chance to work with names like CoinDCX, Arbitrum, Scaler, Masai School, and Airbound, helping them tell stories that actually move people.

We’re a tight-knit team of six editors and animators who’ve stuck together for over a year, some for two or more. That’s our biggest flex in an industry where people usually hop around. We’re now looking for our 7th pillar : a Creative Producer / Project Manager who can bring both creative fire and operational clarity.

What You’ll Do You’ll be the bridge between ideas, execution, and people. From ideating video concepts to managing clients, projects, and freelancers, you’ll help us scale what we do best.

What We’re Looking For Strong taste in content and an eye for great ideas!

Versatility across AI, Web3, SaaS, D2C, and Ed-tech projects

Solid communication skills to manage both clients and internal teams

Ability to build and manage a network of designers, editors, and animators

Experience hiring freelance talent when bandwidth is tight

Knack for upselling and expanding relationships with existing clients

Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, Notion, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Behance, and Dribbble

Can handle crisis situations with clarity and calm

Shares our long-term vision and wants to build together!

Who You Might Be Someone who’s worked in or closely with a creative studio or agency

You’ve managed clients, projects, or creative teams before

You’ve got a sharp eye for good work and the hunger to create more of it

Role Details Role : Creative Producer / Project Manager

Experience : 3–4 years

Compensation : ₹6–10L / year, depending on experience

Location : Bangalore-based preferred (but we currently work remotely)
