Job description

We are looking for a Software Engineer Intern who is enthusiastic about learning, problem-solving, and writing clean, efficient code. You will work on projects involving Java, Python, or Golang, depending on the team's needs and your strengths. You will collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and optimize core systems that power Syndr's platform.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the engineering team to design, develop, and test software modules in Java, Python, or Go.
Contribute to backend services, APIs, and system components.
Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance issues.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and learn best practices in software engineering.
Support integration and testing of new features.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong programming fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, OOP concepts).

Proficiency in at least one of the following languages : Java, Python, or Golang.

Familiarity with databases (SQL / NoSQL) and APIs.

Interest in distributed systems, performance optimization, or cloud technologies is a plus.

Good problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
