Program / Project Management

Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to organize and coordinate. You will provide strategic guidance to teams and oversee the day to day progress of operations. Act as a liaison between Senior Management and the project team and are responsible for the project's success from start to finish.

Roles and responsibilities :

Proven track record with managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders in matrix organization

Ability to maintain RAID, run triage calls

Proven track record to create and maintain project plan

Co-ordinate project governance

Maintain Action tracker

Planning : Defining the project's scope and deliverables, curtailing scope creep

Leading : Coordinating with the project team to meet milestones and quality standards

Monitoring : Tracking progress and reporting on milestones and deliverables

Identifying and minimizing risks : Identifying and managing risks throughout the project's life cycle

Evaluating : Conducting a post-project evaluation to identify what was successful and what wasn't

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Project Manager

Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods

Work as Individual Contributor

Proven experience in using MS Office suite, particularly MS Project, MS Excel and Power Point (Proficiency with Excel, Power Point, ServiceNow)

Excellent communication skills
