SAP ABAP RAP Consultant

Role : Sr.SAP ABAP RAP Consultant

Experience : 8+ years

Location : Hyderabad or Bangalore (Preferably)

Willing to work in UK Shift 1PM- 10 PM

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ABAP Cloud Developer with hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP .
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in SAP S / 4HANA application development using RAP model.
• Core ABAP : Proficient of ABAP language, including object-oriented concepts.
• ABAP Cloud & RAP : Experience with the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), including behavior definitions and metadata extensions.
• Service and API Development : Ability to create and extend ABAP RESTful services and APIs for integration.
• SAP HANA : Skills in using Core Data Services (CDS views) and other HANA-specific features like AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures).
• Data Modeling : Understanding of data structures and how to model them, especially with CDS views.
• Integration : Hands-on experience of integrating with both SAP and non-SAP systems, including RESTful / SOAP APIs / OData.
• Modern UIs : Familiarity with building OData services for modern UIs like SAP Fiori.
• Version Control : Proficiency with modern version control systems, especially Git, and SAP's CTS+.
• Clean-Core Development : Adherence to principles that maintain the stability of SAP's core system and allow for smooth upgrades.
• ADT tools : Eclipse or equivalent.
• Ensures compliance with SAP’s clean core guidelines.
